Terms

Two night minimum stay$290 per night plus 10% occupancy tax ($319 total). $1740 per week plus 10% occupancy tax ($1914 total).Security deposit of $500 is required and is refundable if property is left as it was upon arrival. Any cleaning fees, damages, pay per view fees, and telephone charges will be deducted from the deposit.Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am unless other arrangements have been made.Pets are allowed with prior approval.Cancellation Policy: deposit will be refunded when notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to intended arrival date except holiday weeks when 30 days notice is required. If notice is received less than two weeks in advance, the entire deposit will be retained unless the home is able to be re-rented.The house is not suitable for events because of restricted parking and septic capabilitiesACTIVITIES
